I haven't checked in for a while but this is sad news indeed. I can't think of any other blog which deals with the CMBS market unless you include blather like Trepp wire. Is there any cost to taking it over?
No cost to take it over outside of your own time.I basically just add you as an admin, and you (or someone else) can take over. It makes about $100 a year in ad revenue, so there's that little carrot as well ;-).
$100/year! I'll do it. Expect the tone to change somewhat.
