Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village

Dear readers,
What is the latest on this one? Go ahead, post anonymously, just curious. Something gave me the suspicion that something is going on over there.

Also, I checked our analytics just now to see if anyone had stuck with us even though posting volume has been diminished in recent months due to actual work, and was surprised to see it wasn't down as much as I expected. So, thanks.

It was in a different case, though. I don't think that would impact the loan. I had an eery feeling something might be happening with the loan. Like a surprise early liquidation? Or some other Christmas-gift-like event.

Nothing new in the Roberts case:

Remits for MLCFC 2007-5 and 6 are out tomorrow so we'll see. Any liquidation would be a big surprise.

To my knowledge the folks who have the most skin in the game with the A1As on these deals are still expecting a lengthy workout and if anyone is getting early tips on this workout I would expect it to be them.

Nothing new in the remits. CwC is still stabilizing and not looking to work the loan out until that is done.
