Saw a note circulated today, but no additional news since. It's in BACM 2007-1 and BACM 2007-2.
Of course, 11 months ago it was "imminent" too...

Someone just leased a floor there at mid-40s rent. Maybe that will bring the loan current, as its been 30 days delinquent for two months in a row.
