Specially Serviced Loans Increase by 48% in 1Q; Defaults Increasing
Fitch
notes
that specially serviced loans increased 48% during 1Q '09, and 5 times as high as the end of 2007.
Heavy
defaults
this month are likely to make a lot of headlines.
