not listed? then, that's a non-traded REIT. the share price is what Inland says it is ($10), redemption is also according to their rules. Similar REITs buy 0.85 of real estate for every $ invested ... the rest is paid out in fees and commissions. anyone know which boiler room is selling this REIT to your grandparents?
